MOWING OF ROAD SHOULDERS & DRAINS
ZONE 1 (RMMU 01) FAGALII TO LOTOFAGA. UPOLU

1. The Ministry of Works, Transport and Infrastructure (MWTI) invites Quotations from eligible and licensed Companies, Individuals and Organizations (Village groups, Church Groups etc) to provide the services as noted above. Detailed scope of Service is provided in RFQ Document.
2. Documents can be purchased at the MWTI Asset Management Roads Division,
Savalalo for a non-refundable fee of $50.00.
3. A BID SECURITY will not be required. The CLOSING DATE is Monday 15
September, 2008
at 10.00am and Quotations will be opened at 10.30am on the same day, at the MWTI Training Room, in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend.
4. Quotations(and supporting documentations) are to be delivered, prior to the closing time to the:-
Office of the Chief Executive Officer
Ministry of Works, Transport and Infrastructure
Savalalo
APIA.
5. The following supporting documentation must be submitted with the Quotation:
(a) Price (Vagst inclusive), (b) Business License, (c) List of Personnel, and (d) List of Equipments.
